BAPTISM IS NOT JUST FOR INFANTS
On Sunday, May 31, disciples of all ages will be baptized together during our 9:30 a.m. worship service.
Many in our church are baptized as infants, though baptism is a personal choice for each family. On May 31, anyone who has not yet been baptized is warmly invited to take this step of faith alongside others in your Congo family.
Some common reasons people choose baptism include:
• You’re planning for confirmation in the coming years (baptism is required before confirmation)
• Your child was born during COVID, when in-person baptisms were not available
• Your family wanted to wait until you could make the decision yourself
• You are new to the Christian faith
