2025 ARTIST EXHIBIT & BENEFIT
Woman’s Society is busy preparing for something new and exciting this fall. Instead of hosting its annual fall rummage sale as it’s done for decades, Woman’s Society will be hosting a two-day Artist Exhibition & Benefit on Oct 17 & 18.
The event will kick off with an adult-only wine and cheese, reception, complete with music provided by classical guitarist Jeff Kust, on Friday, October 17, from 7-8:30pm. (Admission is $10 per person by Oct 15; $15 at the door.)
The exhibit, comprised of works by members and friends of the church, will continue on Saturday, October 18, and will be open – free of charge — to all ages from 10am-2pm.
From 12-1pm on Saturday, watercolorist Jess Root will lead a watercolor workshop for children ages five and older. (Advanced sign-up is required and space is limited. The cost of the workshop is $5 per child.)
The benefit will conclude on October 18, with the announcement of the silent auction winners from 1:30-2pm. (Winners need not be present to win.) Just as with the rummage sales, all profits from the exhibit will be donated to numerous charities close to home and around the globe. And, our financial support is more critical now than ever.
The event will take place in Plymouth Hall, which is accessible via the north elevator behind the Light Court. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted. Please enter the Education Building through the double doors on Central Avenue.
If you aren’t able to attend the exhibit but would like to donate to Woman’s Society, please do so here.
