Hang Outs with Lena

We hope to see many of you at one of these events! Lena has organized these gatherings as an opportunity to meet each and every one of our First Congo youth. Together, we’ll have fun getting to know one another, building connections, and talking about the exciting road ahead.

July 31 | 9 + 10th grade Firepit Fellowship @ Pastor Lena’s  

All rising 9 + 10th graders are invited to Pastor Lena’s house (3929 Hampton Ave., right across from Sereda Park) on July 31st from 6:30-8pm for a backyard hang. We’ll have a Firepit, S’mores and other refreshments, yard games, and fellowship. August 6 | Youth Meet to Eat – Highland Queen 

All youth are invited to “Meet to Eat” at The Highland Queen (1511 W. 55th Street, LaGrange, IL 60525) on August 6th at 12 pm. Youth are responsible for the cost of their own lunch. Let Pastor Lena know you’re coming: 405-258-6613.

August 23 | Pizza and Games @ the Church  

All Youth (6th-12th grade) are invited for a Pizza and Games in Plymouth Hall from 5-6:30 pm. Pizza and some games will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite games and a friend. RSVP here to let us know you are coming!
