Summer has come to an end and most Chicagoans are getting ready for the winter and starting to put away those summer clothes. If you’ve started the storage process, please put any giveaways aside for First Congregational Church’s annual Fall Rummage Sale on October 22 & 23 and be part of something wonderful….

DONATE

your gently-used rummage via our convenient drive-through service in the church parking lot on
Sat, Oct. 19 from 9AM–1PM & Sun, Oct. 20 from 1–3PM

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:
TVs, computer/monitors, printers, fax machines, infant car seats, cribs, large sofas/furniture, unframed mirrors, chandeliers, ceiling fans, paint or toxic chemicals, food/liquids, mattresses, large area rugs/appliances.

FEED

the volunteers by providing food or beverage items.

VOLUNTEER

your time by helping out anytime between
Wed night, Oct. 16 thru Thurs morning, Oct. 24.
Advanced sign up is helpful (a signup link will be published soon)—but is not required. Come when you can for as long as you can.
Free childcare is available Saturday–Tuesday morning and
older kids are welcome to volunteer, too!
This is a community-wide event,
so bring your friends and neighbors!

Volunteers who work 3 or more hours are entitled to presale shopping on both days. But whether or not you volunteer, you’re welcome to shop and enjoy savings galore! The sale is a bargain-hunter’s dream.
Cash and local checks accepted.
